VTA – Beginners seminar

You can register via our homepage www.iml-service.com/seminars/ or by e-mail at info@iml.de. We will be happy to advise you in advance by telephone if required, but a binding seminar registration must always be made in writing.

Immediately after your registration you will receive the corresponding seminar confirmation/invoice by e-mail.

You will receive our seminar invoice with the payment term “14 days after invoicing”. If this payment deadline cannot be met due to internal processes and/or specifications, please contact us.

Seminar participation can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the seminar. Cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by us in writing. We ask for your understanding that we will have to charge the full seminar fee in the event of a later cancellation (from the 29th day) or no-show. We will gladly try to offer you a replacement or alternative date within our seminar program. We charge a processing fee of EUR 50.00 plus VAT for rebooking after the free cancellation period has expired. For events that do not take place in our seminar rooms in Wiesloch or Rostock, costs (e.g. conference flat rates) incurred by IML due to the non-appearance of the participant will be passed on to the customer.

If a seminar is fully booked, we will set up a waiting list. If a participant cancels, we will contact you and you can move up.

The seminar price includes all seminar documents required on site, the certificate of participation and catering.

We reserve the right to cancel the event due to insufficient demand or number of participants or for other important reasons for which we are not responsible (e.g. sudden illness of the speaker, force majeure).
