Terms of Contract

The seminar fees are calculated upon registration for the seminar. The payment terms require 100% advance payment. You have the option to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the seminar begins. Cancellations can only be processed if submitted in writing. Please note that we must charge the full seminar fee for cancellations made less than 30 days before the seminar (starting from the 29th day) or in the event of nonattendance. IML System GmbH is entitled to cancel or reschedule the seminar for important reasons (e.g. illness of the speaker, not enough participants) – in this case an alternative date will be announced immediately or the seminar paid fees will be refunded completely. Otherwise there are no further claims for replacement and/or cancellation.

How can I register for a seminar?

You can register via our homepage www.iml-service.com/seminars/ or by e-mail at info@iml.de. We will be happy to advise you in advance by telephone if required, but a binding seminar registration must always be made in writing.
