Terms of Contract

The seminar fees are calculated when you register for the seminar – payment terms are 14 days after invoicing. You have the possibility to cancel free of charge until 30 days before the beginning of the seminar. Cancellations can only be processed if they are made in writing. Please understand that we have to charge the full seminar fee in case of later cancellation (from the 29th day) or non-ap-pearance.

We will gladly try to offer you a alternative or rescheduled date within our seminar offer.

For rebookings after the free cancellation period has expired, we charge a processing fee of 50.00 euros plus VAT. For events that do not take place in our seminar rooms in Wiesloch or Rostock, costs (e.g. conference flat rates) incurred by IML due to the non-appearance of the participant will be passed on to the customer.

IML System GmbH is entitled to cancel or reschedule the seminar for important reasons (e.g. illness of the speaker, not enough participants) – in this case an alternative date will be announced immediately or the seminar paid fees will be refunded completely. Otherwise there are no further claims for replacement and/or cancellation.

How can I register for a seminar?

You can register via our homepage www.iml-service.com/seminars/ or by e-mail at info@iml.de. We will be happy to advise you in advance by telephone if required, but a binding seminar registration must always be made in writing.

Immediately after your registration you will receive the corresponding seminar confirmation/invoice by e-mail.

When does the seminar invoice have to be paid?

You will receive our seminar invoice with the payment term “14 days after invoicing”. If this payment deadline cannot be met due to internal processes and/or specifications, please contact us.

What happens if I have to cancel my seminar participation?

Seminar participation can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the seminar. Cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by us in writing.
