    Description

    Zum Testverfahren:

    Der Test umfasst einfach das Sammeln einer Probe von lebendem Material von Baum/Pflanze, d. h. Blatt, Phloemgewebe, Stamm oder Wurzel.

    1. Hinzufügen zur mitgelieferten Pufferlösung (die auch mehrere Kugellager zum Zerreiben des Gewebes enthält)

    2. Kräftig schütteln für etwa ein paar Minuten

    3. Die Lösung absetzen lassen und 2 Tropfen der Flüssigkeit auf den Teststreifen geben.

    4. Nur ein Test pro Baum/Pflanze ist abschließend, wenn das richtige Testverfahren befolgt wird.
