    Description

    Test Procedure:

    The test simply involves collecting a sample of living material from the tree/plant, i.e. leaf, phloem tissue, stem or root.

    1. add to the buffer solution provided (which also contains several ball bearings to grind the tissue)
    2. shake vigorously for about a few minutes
    3. allow the solution to settle and add 2 drops of the liquid to the test strip
    4. only one test per tree/plant is conclusive if the correct test procedure is followed.
