    Description

    Zum Testverfahren:

    1.Wählen Sie eine Probe aus. Wählen Sie wenn möglich einen Teil der Pflanze aus, an dem erkranktes und gesundes Material aufeinandertreffen; verwenden Sie kein abgestorbenes Material. Verwenden Sie etwa 25 mm² Material. Achten Sie darauf, eine Kreuzkontamination zwischen Proben durch Hände oder Schneidewerkzeuge zu vermeiden.

    2.Schneiden oder reißen Sie die Probe in kleine Stücke und geben Sie sie in die Flasche.

    3.Schütteln Sie kräftig für 30 Sekunden (bei widerstandsfähigeren Proben länger).

    4.Warten Sie 30 Sekunden, damit sich die Lösung setzen kann, und ziehen Sie Flüssigkeit in die Pipette, wobei Sie zu viel Pflanzenmaterial vermeiden.

    5.Fügen Sie 2-3 Tropfen in das Probenfeld des Teststreifens hinzu.

    6.Lesen Sie das Ergebnis nach 10 Minuten ab.
